To browse the product list:When browsing the product list, you sort the list by a data type such as common name, manufacturer, or ingredient. Then you scroll through the sorted list until you find the product you seek.
To browse the product list:
Starting at the Product Search page
Click Browse in the upper right.
The Browse for a Product page opens, showing all available ways to browse your products.
Click one of the following options:
Products: Shows your full product list, alphabetized by common name.
Manufacturer: Shows all of your products' manufacturers. Click one to see all products from this manufacturer.
MSDS Format: Shows all MSDS formats used by your products. Click a format to see all products with MSDSs of that format.
Synonyms: Shows all of your products' synonyms alphabetically with the corresponding product's common name below each synonym. Products without synonyms are not displayed.
Locations: Shows a menu of all locations in your location tree. Select a location to see all products assigned to it.
Ingredients: Shows each chemical ingredient contained in one or more products. Click an ingredient to see the products that contain it and—if you have access to regulatory list information—the regulatory lists that cite it.
Hazard Classifications: Shows a menu of all hazard classifications that have at least one item assigned to a product. Select a classification to see all products where its items are assigned.
[User-Defined Field]: Any option shown in addition to the options above (and not under the Additional Resources section described below) is a user-defined field—a data field created by your company's administrators for recording product data not covered by the standard data fields. Click a user-defined field to see all of its entries with the corresponding product shown below each entry. Products without entries for the selected field are not displayed.
Additional Resources: These are sources of MSDSs outside your product list, such as manufacturer collections or IHS Dolphin Online. Click a resource to search its products. (See Searching IHS Dolphin Online for details.)
Click the product you want to view.
The Product Information page opens, showing the product's current MSDS. To return to your browsing results, click the "back" arrow in the upper left.
